One of my duties as being a part of LEAD Team(Peer Leadership Consultant/Center for Leadership & Service Office Representative) is to speak to freshmen at their orientations. I tell them what our office is about and the various programs that are offered. I also speak about my own experiences and urge them to get involved as well.
